After 20 years in banking Paul became self employed.  Since then he has gained considerable experience in business and management.  This includes training and speaking, life and career coaching, recruitment and work place safety, marketing and business referral networking.  During this time he also had over a decade’s involvement in the under 5 year old education industry both as a centre owner for 8.5 years and licensee.  He was also on the National Executive of the Early Childhood Council of New Zealand for 3 years.

Paul and his wife Rosemary are Assistant Directors for East and South Auckland with BNI New Zealand.  He is qualified with the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and they live in Auckland, New Zealand.  They have a grown family of four children and grandchildren and enjoy sailing their local harbour aboard their yacht Edge of Tyme. 

Author Stephen Conway resides in Auckland, New Zealand, and has spent many years on his challenging journey of varied careers while searching for his life purpose. 

His current work portfolio consists of career and life coaching, writing, marketing, administration and customer services assignments.  In the past he has worked for a number of service organizations as a vocational committee director, budget advisor and public relations officer.

Stephen has tertiary qualifications in business and teaching, completed formal life coaching and recruitment training. Stephen was a professional member of the Career Practitioners Association for six years.
